Frequently Asked Questions 

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days across India. Remote areas may take a little longer.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email to check your delivery status in real time.

5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns only for wrong or defective products, within 3 days of delivery, with a mandatory unboxing video.

7. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we allow exchanges only if you’ve received the wrong product.

8. How will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 8–15 working days after approval. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India.
