Cancellation Policy

At Shopardha, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy is designed to keep things fair, simple, and transparent while ensuring smooth order processing.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel your order:

Please mention your order number in the request.
If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

⚠️ Note: Cancellation requests sent via Instagram, Facebook, or other unofficial platforms will not be considered valid.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, you may accept delivery and then raise a return request in line with our [Refund & Return Policy].

3. COD Order Cancellation

COD orders may require confirmation via phone/SMS/WhatsApp.
Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled.
Frequent COD cancellations may lead to COD being disabled for your future purchases.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, etc.).
Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Seller Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

Product is out of stock or discontinued
Invalid or incomplete address provided
Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway or fraud checks

In such cases, you will be notified and issued a full refund (if already paid).
